اخیراً توسعه پلیمرهای حساس به چند متغیر مورد توجه زیادی قرار گرفته است، که کاربرد گسترده ای در بیوتکنولوژی، دارورسانی، تشخیص توالی dna، تشخیص آنالیت و... دارند. حسگرهای دوگانه و یا چندگانه مختلفی برای شناسایی اکسیژن و دما، اکسیژن و ph، فشار و دما، گلوکز و دما، و ph و دما گزارش شده اند. در پژوهش حاضر حسگر دوگانه ی پلیمری بر پایه ی 5-{4]-(4-نیتروفنیل)دی آزنیل]فنیل}-4،3،1اکسادیازول-2-تیول برای دما و phگزارش شده است. برای دست یابی به هدف سنتزی ابتدا رنگدانه‎ی دی آزنیل-4،3،1-اکسا دیازول که تا محدوده ی 4ph= حساسیت خوبی نسبت به phاز خود نشان می دهد سنتز شده و با کوپلیمریزاسیون رادیکالی با مونومر n-ایزوپروپیل آکریل آمید منجر به سنتز کوپلیمر فلورسانسی حساس به دما و ph گردید. بررسی های اسپکتروسکوپی uv-vis نشان می دهد ماکزیمم جذب کوپلیمر در 2ph= اتفاق می افتد؛ همچنبن در این ph محدوده ی lcst اندازه گیری شده توسط نور عبوری c°33 در nm700?= گزارش گردید
